Consent comes before commercial access
A public notice, business listing or detected signal is not automatically a seller lead. Brokr keeps intelligence, consent, matching and identity release as separate events.
Detection is internal intelligence
Public sources may help LeadHarbour understand market activity, but they do not prove that a seller wants contact, has authority to proceed or is free from an existing appointment.
Seller opt-in is verified
A seller-controlled pathway records the assessment request, email verification and selected introduction scope. Authority and representation are checked separately before approval.
Matching does not reveal identity
A broker match can be calculated using protected sector, region and fit information. Seller and business identity remain locked until the release conditions are satisfied.
Pilot activity is auditable
Brokr distinguishes a match, a preview, a pilot-access request, a protected release and a broker outcome. Brokers should not interpret an earlier stage as proof that another person has already viewed or received the identity.
Representation conflicts remain blocked
Records with existing broker representation, suspected exclusivity or unresolved authority are held or archived until documented evidence permits a different pathway.
