Brokr for accountants
Help clients explore a sale without sharing their details
Brokr by LeadHarbour lets accountants share a tracked link. The client opts in themselves. You never upload a client list, and there is no referral fee — just a cleaner way to support an exit conversation.

Why it helps accountants
When a client asks about selling or succession, you can offer a private next step without taking on a broker's role or moving client records into LeadHarbour.
- Share a tracked link only when a client is exploring an exit
- The client opts in directly and stays in control of any introduction
- You never upload a client list or seller identities
- There is no referral fee for the accountant
- Sellers pay $0 to opt in and review broker options
- Visits can be measured in aggregate without exposing seller identity
How the tracked link works
You create the link. The client decides whether to use it.
Brokr by LeadHarbour is a matching platform, not a business broker or financial adviser. It does not provide accounting, legal, tax, valuation, insolvency, or financial advice.
- Create a partner link for your firm. You enter an organisation name only — not a client list.
- Share that link when a client asks about a sale, succession, or speaking with a broker.
- The client opts in and chooses what, if anything, may be introduced.
- Identity stays locked until authority, representation, and release checks clear. Represented or exclusive-suspected records are held or archived.
Trust safeguards
These are process safeguards for the pilot. They are not a claim about team size, broker counts, accreditation, or client outcomes.
- No client-list upload
- Accountants do not upload client lists or seller identities. The client opts in themselves.
- No referral fee
- The partner pathway does not pay the accountant a referral fee or lead commission.
- Seller cost
- Sellers pay $0 to opt in, review broker options, or approve an introduction.
- No partner access to identities
- Sharing a link does not give the accountant access to the client's LeadHarbour record.
- Release checks still apply
- Authority, representation, and conflict checks run before any introduction. Represented or exclusive-suspected records are held or archived.
- Matching platform only
- LeadHarbour provides technology-based matching and introductions. It is not the client's broker, accountant, or financial adviser.
Who this is for
Accountants, and advisers in a similar role, who are asked for a next step when a client is thinking about a sale. This pilot does not replace your advice, and it does not ask you to introduce the client by handing over their details.
- You want the client to opt in themselves
- You do not want a referral fee or a client-list upload
- A softer first step is available before any broker conversation
Start with exit readiness
If the client is still exploring, send the anonymous exit-readiness check first. It does not collect a business name or contact details.
Then a partner seller opt-in
When the client wants to review broker options, they opt in themselves. A link you create in the partner link builder is the tracked path. This shared opt-in is the same permission-led pathway.
